Also in 2017, many of our employees donated the money for the good cause instead of receiving a birthday present within the framework of our internal action „Donations instead of gifts“.
Sonnenstrahl e.V. Dresden was chosen as beneficiary 2017. This association takes care of children and youths suffering from cancer, as well as their families by offering the project „AktivCamps“. This project provides holiday camps as therapy aftercare for the little patients and their brothers and sisters. Being part of the group helps with disease management, psychosocial processing and gently improves physical capacity. With various activities and challenges in nature, the kids can discover strengths and skills (anew). Our colleagues are proud to support this wonderful and important work with 640 Euro!
